I’m a Melbourne-based photographer with two complementary practices. Through IG account @_annahem_, I capture intimate cosplay and portrait work, blending cinematic storytelling with real human emotion as people step into fictional worlds. My side project, @annahem.photography, explores a quieter terrain. The stillness of street scenes, nature, and abstract moments, where geometry, light, and atmosphere take centre stage. Whether working with vibrant character energy or minimalist compositions, I’m drawn to sensitive light, mood, and the interplay between motion and stillness. I shoot primarily on Fujifilm, embracing its organic tones to create images that feel both intimate and timeless.
