Open Eye, Silent Core
Drawn inward to a silent core. Open, but empty.
About Artist
Julia Kantor
I photograph the way I think about architecture — through light, form, and the feeling of space. I like noticing simple things that suddenly become an image: a shadow, a reflection, a gesture, a passing glance, light on a wall. I shoot on my phone — it’s always with me. My subjects can be anything: architecture, small details, people, a certain mood. What matters to me is not the object itself, but the feeling behind it. For me, photography is a way to pause a second and show how I see the world.
