Stand your ground

Remarkable encounter with a silky shark 10 miles off the coast of East Cape in Southern Baja California. The shark swam directly toward the camera in a face-to-face standoff, and neither of us turned away until its nose briefly touched the lens before it disappeared into the open ocean.
