Giorgia Valli is a photographer and visual artist born in Bergamo, Italy, in 1985. Her work moves between photographic and conceptual experimentation, merging the everyday with the imponderable, exploring themes such as memory, the subconscious and the relationship between human beings and nature. Her photographic works are distinguished by their ability to evoke a dimension suspended between dream and reality, creating intimate and universal connections. Her recent artistic production focuses on black and white landscapes made in New Zealand, where she explored the symbolism of nature and the deep connection with the earth. This project is part of a larger investigation that also involves sculpture, drawing and sound, integrating personal experiences and connection to indigenous traditions. She is rapresented by Euqinom Gallery in San Francisco and her work is part of prestigious museum collections in the United States, such as the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, and the Center for Creative Photography in Arizona. In 2015, Nazraeli Press published his first photography book titled “Aves Mei.”
