Nuns of the vatican.
I was walking around Vatican City, trying to capture the meaning of the place and its people. All of a sudden, I saw a group of nuns who were chatting and walking towards the City of Rome, so I decided to take a quick snap from my hip. Vatican City 2022 - Canon 5D Mark IV.
About Artist
Joaquin Octavio Berlo
I was born in 1993 in Paraná, Argentina. I studied photography in my hometown in 2011, which marked the beginning of my creative journey. My love for photography truly began when I discovered the work of Kevin Carter—the simple act of freezing a moment in time deeply moved me. Creating images, drawing with light, and capturing those fleeting moments that pass so quickly became something meaningful to me. Through photography, I believe we can express thousands of emotions in different ways. That’s what attracts me the most—the ability to express what I feel, think, and imagine in a given moment, portraying a situation from different perspectives. From 2018 to 2022, I traveled the world working as a photographer for Cunard, capturing moments across cultures and destinations. I’m currently living in Norway, where I continue to grow both personally and professionally.
