“King of heaven” - This is how the name of the majestic Khan Tengri, is translated from Mongolian. The monochromatic frame, in which the panorama of the Tienshan mountains is reflected in the calm surface of Kazakh Lake Tuzkol, was in my mind long before I left for this extraordinary country.
