Jacqueline and Philippe
They first met during their holiday in Egypt and still travelling together all over the world. Jacqueline has been volunteering as a French teacher and as director of association to international students. Philippe also supported her. They discovered joy of photography taken by me, their student.

Michiru Nakayama
Michiru Nakayama is a Paris based portrait photographer whose work explore identity, memory and human connections in relation to their space that belong to. Like Cocoon, each sitters/subjects are protected from outside world and then she photographs the background as part of identity. If she shoots at location, often chooses specific space that relates to the subject and let them play. Whatever she shoots, no matter staged or not, focus on finding fragments of truth in the subject with touch of humour. She enjoys and still learning shine a light on ordinary people by doing volunteer at Notre Dame de Paris and observing thousands of faces, emotions of visitors, paintings and light through stained glass.
