Escape Without End
In Gaza, a van overloaded with lives, not just belongings, moves through dust and fear. On its roof, fragments of a life left behind. This is forced displacement, where leaving is not a choice, but survival. The road forward is the only one left.
About Artist
Hosam Ghaith
I am Hosam Gaith, a 27 year old photographer from Gaza. Before the war, I worked as a university lecturer, teaching and sharing knowledge with my students. When everything changed, I found myself holding a camera not only as a profession, but as a way to document the reality around me. Today, I use photography to capture life in Gaza as it is lived every day, moments of resilience, movement, loss, and survival. Through my lens, I try to show not only destruction, but also the strength and dignity of people who continue to live and hope despite everything. For me, photography is more than art. It is a responsibility. A way to give visibility to stories that might otherwise be forgotten, and to show the world a human perspective that goes beyond headlines.
