Jimmy Himes-Ryann

Jimmy Himes-Ryann is an artist, journalist, and documentary filmmaker. Their work centers queer identities and culture at the intersection of anti-fascist action and theocratic nationalism in the United States. As a journalist, Himes-Ryann's investigative reporting has earned three Emmy Award nominations, two New Mexico Broadcasters Association Multimedia Journalist of the Year awards, and two Idaho Press Club Awards. They are currently an adjunct faculty instructor of video, audio, and photojournalism at the University of New Mexico’s School of Communication and Journalism.
