Born in Cascais, Portugal and raised in London, United Kingdom, I had a passion for photography at an early age and was already hooked on photographing cars and aviation. Over the years, due to work and starting a family, the photography took a step back. In 2004 I decided to return Portugal. When in Portugal, the photography passion returned, especially living so close to the famous Estoril Race Circuit it was difficult not to pick up a camera again. It took off as a self-taught hobbyist photographing all manners of Motorsports taking advantage of the Estoril Circuit and Aviation. In 2018 I decided to take the Photography bug a step forward and applied for my FPAK (Federação Portuguesa de Automobilismo e Karting) Media License to give me better access to the track and other national events in Motorsports.
