Philippe Ricordel is a French photographer, a photographer by passion, he is a world traveler fascinated by the beauty of the earth and the wild animals that inhabit it. He testifies to this with his images taken as close as possible to the species in their natural environment. Philippe's technical mastery and artistic sensitivity combine to allow the viewer to have a direct confrontation with the beauty contained in each bird, mammal or animal he photographs. Through the prism of endangered species, such as snub-nosed monkeys, the photographer attempts to achieve the ultimate goal of bridging the gap between species. Philippe's work on Japan is perfectly in line with the continuity of his work, which is both naturalistic and artistic.
