Since being a child I have showed great imagination and created magical worlds which I transferred to paper, canvas, even walls and photographic film. My adventure with photography started when I was a teenager and bought my first analog reflex camera. And since then analog cameras have been my companions in my everyday life. I love analog photography for its not entirely predictable effect coused by overexposure, vignete, bokeh, dust on lens and other surprises. All these make me able to create images that are non-obvious, a little bit mysterious, magical and draw the observer inside. I love old analog cameras like Smena, Zenit, Holga, Lubitel. I love the time of waiting for developing a photografic film to finally see the result. Sometimes it happens to be a little dissapointing, but other time magic happens and the photograph draws inside and starts telling its own story. That’s why I created my Instagram account (@dz_imaginarium) – a place where I publish ma photographs and its stories, and which is the reflection of my soul. I dream about publishing my own photo album.
