About Artist
Marco Valente
Marco Valente Born in Rome in 1962 where he lives. He became passionate about Photography at an early age. In 1978 he bought a ZENIT TTL in Porta Portese and took his first shots. He also learns as an autodidact the techniques of developing and printing in B&W in the small workshop created in his parents' basement. Photography still drives his passion today. He attends OF Officine Fotografiche in Rome, where he takes: BASIC and INTERMEDIATE COURSES with A.Di Cesare; PORTRAIT with A.Boccalini; THE BALANCE OF VISION with D.De Dominicis; STREET PHOTOGRAPHY with S.Mirabella; INTIMATE LANDSCAPE with L.Anzaldi and B.Ristori. Participates with his works in: Group exhibition OF "A BRIDGE FOR PHOTOGRAPHY(2022)"; Solo exhibition: "STAY IS A STATE OF MIND" Publication of the project "THE RESTANZA" in No. 61 of "PHOTOSOPHIA". Finalist in the exhibition competition OF "PORTFOLIO IN EXHIBITION 2023" Group exhibition "MARGUTTA 2024" in Rome at Dantebus Margutta. Group exhibition "IL MOSTRO#19" in Rome at Tevere Art Gallery.
