Michael earned his B.A. in Theatre and English from Rutgers University and spent many years working as a professional actor before channeling his creative energy into the visual arts. His work has included sculptural pieces crafted from wood, glass, and resin, which he has exhibited in various shows. More recently, he has expanded his artistic practice to include photography, using the medium as a new avenue for exploring form, emotion, and narrative.
