Born in Amsterdam, Holland, raised in Los Angeles, returns to Holland at 22 to study at the Rietveld Art Academy. With a diploma under his arm, he heads to Italy and works as a designer of industrial ceramics. After 3 years returns to Amsterdam to work as a sculptor, when collaboration with a Dutch photographer instigates a curiosity when introduced to the creative world of fashion. Leaving Amsterdam for Milan where life takes on a new form of expression through fashion photography and the search for a personal style of photographic expression in which a touch of irony is often at play.
