About Artist
Soumen Chanda
I am an eye surgeon by profession, practicing in Kolkata, India. Nature photography is my utmost passion. I have been doing my nature photography since my college days .My photographic journey began 25 years ago in manual SLR camera . I am doing nature photography seriously for more than 8 years. I have many awards and acceptances in national and international salons approved by FIP and FIAP respectively. I have also received distinctions from FIP and FIAP .I love to capture the fascinating moments from nature. Presently I am using Nikon Z8, Nikon Z6 iii with Nikon 500 prime f4, Nikon 400 prime f4.5 , Nikon 70-200 for wildlife photography.
