Born in the Czech Republic in 1960 and immigrated to the US in 1970. I was always interested in drawing and painting even at an early age. While going to school I got a job working in a department store that sold camera equipment and quickly got hooked. Over the years I set aside my pastels and oils and at times my cameras for other interests. In 2009 I purchased my first digital camera and since then I haven't put it down. Over the years I have joined many camera clubs, judges shows, had my work published, and received numerous awards worldwide. My photos can be found in private collections in North and South America, Europe and Africa.
