Sometimes things line up perfectly... an Arctic fox in snow while I was photographing in high-key resulted in one of the most minimal wildlife shots I've ever created.

About Artist
Malini Chandrasekar
Born in Madras, lived in Bombay, Hong Kong, Singapore, Wellington and call London home (for now). I was 12 years old when I got my first camera but only recently focussed primarily on wildlife. I love photographing wildlife because I find sharing these images can increase conversations for conservation. I also love the unpredictability nature and wildlife have to offer, which in turn inspires me to seek out the 'different'. As i'm a Graphic Designer, I enjoy marrying the two disciplines together creating approaches to wildlife photography otherwise not as common. A very clean and minimal approach suits but at times I also love the need for the opulence nature has to offer and like to reflect that in my photography style. I am perpetually learning so find nature and wildlife photography with all its everchanging elements a great way to hone in on this craft. Photography makes me very happy!
