Bio

Jaime Travezán began his career in Peru as a photojournalist before relocating to London where he expanded into fashion and portrait photography. His images have appeared in magazines such as i-D, Vogue, and Elle, and in newspapers including The Guardian, El País, and The Huffington Post. He has also portrayed leading figures across science, the arts, and culture. Although his main focus was on fashion and portraiture, he returned briefly to photojournalism in 1999 to cover the Kosovo War. In the years that followed, he explored documentary photography, gradually evolving his practice toward fine art, where much of his work is now concentrated. Today, he is primarily engaged in fine art, while also exploring music, GIFs, and video. His work has received numerous international awards.
