Growing up in Toronto, Canada, Christine spent summers at the family cottage and ever since, has preferred the outdoors. For many years exploring the world through adventure racing and hiking trips and now, with a camera. Focused on the creative and artistic aspects of both wildlife and nature photography, Christine’s objective is to create an emotional connection between the audience and her image. While self-taught as a photographer, she credits several professional photographers whom she had learned from and travelled with. Whether it me technical knowledge, working with challenging environments or developing a unique style that resonates with the viewer, she owes many thanks to several skilled photographic artists. With a growing portfolio of wildlife and environmental images from international destinations as well as at home in Canada, Christine’s images explore our relationship with animals, the wilderness, and the land. By creating a sense of emotion, her work strives to improve the connection between humans and the natural word.
